A full-stack trekking booking platform built exclusively around the Nepal trek market. Real-time availability, itinerary browsing, and a booking flow backed by MongoDB, built to handle everything from single-day hikes to multi-week treks without the admin overhead of a heavier relational setup.
Antithesis Consulting
A multi-track consulting site for a New Zealand client, built around two distinct service lines — SROI impact measurement and fractional hiring. Restructured from a single anchor page into a true multi-route architecture, with tailored testimonials, FAQs, and lead capture per track.
HUX Exped
A trekking and expedition booking platform for a New Zealand client, built on the same full-stack architecture as Paradise Adventure — custom admin panel, relational data model, and integrated payments — adapted to a different market and brand identity.
Paradise Adventure
The flagship build — a full-stack trekking and tour booking platform with a custom-built admin panel and integrated payment processing. Covers Nepal treks, general tours, luxury trek packages, Bhutan treks, and Tibet — the most complete catalog structure of the trekking sites, and the architectural template the others were built from.
Camping Trek
A dedicated camping-trek booking platform for the Nepal market, sharing the same booking engine and admin architecture as Paradise Adventure, retooled around a dark, cinematic design system built specifically for the camping and mountaineering niche.

Most websites take 3–6 weeks. Mobile apps and full-stack platforms typically run 6–16 weeks depending on complexity. You'll get a realistic timeline before any work begins, and regular updates throughout — no disappearing for a month and reappearing with a surprise.
Yes — once a project is paid in full, ownership of the source code, design files, and assets transfers to you. Until final payment clears, the work remains mine, but there's never a scenario where you're locked out of something you've fully paid for.
Every project includes lifetime maintenance — bug fixes, security patches, and small updates, at zero additional cost, for as long as the project is in use. A launch is treated as day one of a relationship, not the finish line.
Yes — most current projects are for clients in New Zealand and beyond. Time zone differences are handled with async updates and scheduled calls when overlap allows. Being based in Kathmandu doesn't change how the work gets delivered.

Most development projects include two rounds of revisions; UI/UX design projects include unlimited rounds within the agreed scope. Requests that go beyond the original brief — new features, extra pages, a different direction entirely — are scoped and quoted separately rather than silently expanding the project.
